Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, workspace membership, website configuration and content, agent connection metadata, usage records, billing information, support communications, and technical logs.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, process authorized operations, support users, improve reliability and product experience, communicate service information, and meet legal obligations.
Agent connections
When you authorize a compatible AI client, that client may send instructions and data to Arawa Cloud. The external client’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and control
Retention depends on the information type, workspace settings, operational requirements, and legal obligations. Account holders may contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.
